Refund and Returns Policy

Payment Policy:

  1. Payment for all products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase.Payment for all products and services from ANUBHAV COMMOTRADE PRIVATE LIMITED (Brand Name: HBEE) must be made in full at the time of purchase through our website www.hbeestyle.com.
  2. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
  3. If paying by credit or debit card, your card will be charged at the time of purchase.
  4. If paying by bank transfer, payment must be received within 48 hours of placing the order. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Customers may cancel their order at any time prior to the product or service being delivered.
  2. To cancel an order, customers must contact us via email or phone and request a cancellation.
  3. If the product or service has already been delivered, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our refund policy (see below).

Refund Policy:

  1. If the product or service has not been delivered, customers are entitled to a full refund.
  2. If the product or service has been delivered, but is defective or does not meet the customer’s expectations, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
  3. If the product or service has been delivered and used by the customer, it is not eligible for a refund.
  4. All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the product or service being delivered.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request being approved.
  6. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment (e.g. credit card refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment).
